Graces wish come true!

I went to the gym on Wednesday morning, I also had a session with the personal trainer (no Livvy, not that kind of session) she really made me work on my upper arms and abs. The abs were no problem I do those often anyway and I have no soreness, but the upper arms are killing me, I've never known such muscle pain! I finished off with around 30 minutes cardio combined between the bike and the treadmill.
Today I went to the gym again and worked on my abs and the treadmill. I never had time for a swim because I was having my nails done at 12. It would have been nice though to sit in the jacuzzi and look at the snow outside.
My arms are still painful beyond belief, I hope it eases off tomorrow so that I can work on them again.
The snow came down yesterday and settled enough to grant Grace her absolute wish. She has never seen more than a flutter of snow since the day she was born, I remember having a snowball fight with Mark, Kristi and Faye in a city centre car park when I was around 8 months pregnant with Grace and that was the last time I had seen snow like it.
We have had an invite to go to my nieces in Colorado next year because they often have snow and the real deep stuff too! Well anyway, Grace came home from school at 3.30 and I had to drag her and Faye and her Dad in the house because it was getting dark and they were all really wet. Grace has called her new friend Morris (I have no idea why except that she is just crazy) and I got a snowball down my back because I said he looked like a giant skittle...... but they had a fantastic time all the same, and I don't have to write to the Starlight foundation now to get snow delivered in a big lorry to our back garden.
